Hask Custom Homes is a reliable, innovative, high-quality residential builder. I would recommend them for any new construction or remodel job of whatever size. They are professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and get work done on budget and on time. The owner, Al Kelekci, is personally involved in his jobs, communicates effectively, and will make sure things are done right and that customers are fully satisfied. I'm a fan.

Al Kelekci has an incredible connection to his client's vision of their new home. It is this vision that he delivers with expertise, quality, within expected costs and expected deadline. He stays very involved throughout the project and a true delight to work with. At every chance, I recommend Al to clients and friends.

I have used a lot of builders in the past, but after I worked with Al, he will be the only one I use in the future. Al goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job and his commitment to perfection is unsurpassed. Even after the house was complete, he would continue to make sure we were happy and make any corrections that he deemed necessary. Now, years later after the warranty expired, he has continued to help and act as if the warranty still exists. If I have a problem, I call Al’s team and they respond immediately. It is unheard of that a builder makes house calls and helps with problems a homeowner may have years after the homeowner moves in, but that is exactly what Al from Hask Custom Homes has done. He is the only builder I would use in the future.

We used Hask Custom Homes to help us design and build out an unfinished basement. The built out space included a workout room with rubber flooring and mirrored walls, a family room with built-in bookcases, a pool room with bar/kitchenette, a craft room, a bedroom, and a full bath. The space also included a storage closet, linen closet, and two bedroom closets. Hask helped with everything from floor to ceiling including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring, stonework, appliances, fixtures, etc. Al Kelekci and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very communicative from start to finish and cognizant of the budget we had in mind. Both Al and the site manager were always professional and responsive. They were also very patient in explaining work and projects along the way. I was impressed with all the subcontractors on site and thought all were professional and all cleaned up well after themselves. We were pleased with our project from start to finish and are loving our new basement! Friends that see it are "wowed" by how great it looks - particularly those that saw it unfinished. We have referred Hask to several friends already.

We had a great experience with Hask Homes. One of the best things was that they worked quickly and were mindful of deadlines and proactive about lining up workers swiftly for different parts of the project. They also got things to a certain point and then vacated for Thanksgiving/Christmas. They helped us work through different construction and design issues and provided pictures of what the different options would look like, which really helped us to decide. They were responsive to texts, emails and calls. They kept us informed who would be in the house that day, and supervised workers onsite. They went the second mile to find hardware, and very kindly helped us to resolve a day-before-Thanksgiving plumbing disaster which was not even in the area of the house they were working on, just out of kindness! The foreman was very nice to have around and answered questions thoughtfully. They were able to point us to different area businesses to help us make decisions about countertops, etc. In areas where new construction ran into old, they did a great job making the new part fit in with the old. We love what they did for us, and we would do it all over again!

We had a wonderful experience working with HASK Custom Homes to renovate our 4,300 square foot home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a powder bath, adding a laundry room, updating a bathroom, and reconfiguring another bathroom to increase its functionality. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Al Kelekci and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and someone was at the house every day. We received weekly status reports and regular budget updates. We also appreciated their recommendations on which architects and vendors to utilize. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Al is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We would not hesitate to work with HASK again.

We highly recommend Hask Custom Homes. It is rare to find a construction company as qualified, efficient, courteous and customer driven as Hask Custom Homes. From the moment we met with Hask to quote the project to the moment our keys were handed over on move in day, the team at Hask was there to answer any questions and meet any of our needs. Our house was built to the highest of standards and the project was completed on time and on budget. If you want a beautiful custom home, Hask is the company to build it! This is my dream house and I hope we never have to move. But if we do, I would not hesitate to use Hask Custom Homes again. I would almost be excited to start the process over.

Hask Custom Homes was our first choice to build our home, but we interviewed several other builders who were recommended by friends and neighbors. Al (the owner of Hask) stood out from the pack immediately, and I'm so glad we hired him. We bought a Buckhead ranch off West Paces Ferry, gutted it and expanded the footprint a little. Start to finish: 5-1/2 months! Al is a gem. He has great skills in organization, budgeting, project management, and sub-contractor management. His communication is excellent. He contributes good ideas. His integrity is beyond reproach. We ended up with a cost-plus contract since we hadn't finalized the building plans/specs when we hired Hask. With the wrong builder, this could be disastrous, but Al treated our money as if it was his own (prudently!). We've now been in our home for over a year, and occasionally call Al if we have questions. He is always quick to respond. We can't recommend Al Kelekci and HASK Custom Homes highly enough, and would be more than happy to discuss our experiences with anyone considering hiring him.
