Such a refreshing change

We worked with Hask to build a custom home in Buckhead for our growing family. You hear horror stories about building a home from scratch. Our experience was the exact opposite - I would do it again in a heartbeat, but only if I got to work with the Hask team. Hask is trustworthy, accessible, experienced, hard working, objective, responsive, caring, sophisticated, and transparent. They made the process easy to understand and have access to various experts at every stage of the process working with their customers' interests in mind first and always. Hask made the house of our dreams come to life. I highly recommend Hask for any and all home construction projects.

We really, really love this house and wish we could pick it up and move it to Chicago. We have been looking at homes in Chicago and we have yet to find a home that was built with the quality and attention to detail that was put into our house.

My husband and I contracted Hask to build seven houses over the last several years. Both Al & Adam constructed the highest quality houses on time and on budget. Adam's communication skills are excellent, with prompt follow-up to any punch list or warranty questions we had. The Hask team stands behind their work. Highly recommend!

As a Realtor, we see all kinds of things in the Atlanta market. We sold a home by Hask Custom Homes a few years back and our buyer is still thrilled. The home inspector said it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected and the builder went out of his way to show us how well work was done even in areas of the attic a buyer wouldn't typically look. ‍Al Kelekci, is a great builder and good guy. We were so impressed with him that we have frequently recommended him as well as bid on other homes he has built. He builds a fabulous product and stands behind the product he builds! When I get to build a home, he is the builder I will use.

Before writing this, we looked at the other customer comments on the HASK Custom Homes website. They are all true, and all express our experience as well. Al Kelekci is unlike any builder I have ever worked with. He is responsible and concerned, with high attention to detail, resulting in the highest quality work product. I have worked with other contractors over the years, and the experience was always a challenge. Once 90% of the job was completed, they were gone. Al is a sharp contrast to those experiences. He follows up, keeps in touch, to make sure everything is working the way it is supposed to work. He relentlessly tracks the work of subcontractors to be certain they are performing to his standards.It is 2011, and we have been in our home just over a year now. It was Al who called to remind us to look around for the occasional paint bubble, sheet rock ripple, or crown moulding separation from weather changes. He had a crew come through and take care of everything. More importantly, they were so clean and efficient that in the evening I could not tell which rooms they had worked on. On several occasions, involving additional work, changes we wantedat move-in, and on the one-year anniversary, we would say to the workers, ‘Oh, that’s OK,‘ or, ‘that looks fine to us.’ On more than one occasion, Al’s subcontractors responded, ‘No, Al wouldn’t like it.’ Or, ‘Al wants us to do it this way.’ Of course ‘this way,’ for Al means taking the time to be sure it is right. The subcontractors know that if they want to work on Al’s projects, there are no shortcuts.We love our home, and we have the confidence that comes from knowing that Al built it. We had a wonderful experience working with HASK Custom Homes to renovate our 4,300 square foot home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a powder bath, adding a laundry room, updating a bathroom, and reconfiguring another bathroom to increase its functionality. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Al Kelekci and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and someone was at the house every day. We received weekly status reports and regular budget updates. We also appreciated their recommendations on which architects and vendors to utilize. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Al is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We would not hesitate to work with HASK again.

We used Hask Custom Homes to help us design and build out an unfinished basement. The built out space included a workout room with rubber flooring and mirrored walls, a family room with built-in bookcases, a pool room with bar/kitchenette, a craft room, a bedroom, and a full bath. The space also included a storage closet, linen closet, and two bedroom closets. Hask helped with everything from floor to ceiling including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring, stonework, appliances, fixtures, etc. Al Kelekci and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very communicative from start to finish and cognizant of the budget we had in mind. Both Al and the site manager were always professional and responsive. They were also very patient in explaining work and projects along the way. I was impressed with all the subcontractors on site and thought all were professional and all cleaned up well after themselves. We were pleased with our project from start to finish and are loving our new basement! Friends that see it are "wowed" by how great it looks - particularly those that saw it unfinished. We have referred Hask to several friends already.

After several recommendations, we hired Hask to build a custom home in Brookhaven. Al helped us hire an architect and design the plans. Al, and his superintendent, Jeff, did a great job building our house. We are very pleased with how the house was built. We have now been in the house two years and continue to be very happy with the quality of construction. We had a very good experience working with Al. Most importantly, Al is very trustworthy and does what he says. We would highly recommend Al and Hask Custom Homes.
