We used Hask Custom Homes to help us design and build out an unfinished basement. The built out space included a workout room with rubber flooring and mirrored walls, a family room with built-in bookcases, a pool room with bar/kitchenette, a craft room, a bedroom, and a full bath. The space also included a storage closet, linen closet, and two bedroom closets. Hask helped with everything from floor to ceiling including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, walls, flooring, stonework, appliances, fixtures, etc. Al Kelekci and his team were wonderful to work with! They were very communicative from start to finish and cognizant of the budget we had in mind. Both Al and the site manager were always professional and responsive. They were also very patient in explaining work and projects along the way. I was impressed with all the subcontractors on site and thought all were professional and all cleaned up well after themselves. We were pleased with our project from start to finish and are loving our new basement! Friends that see it are "wowed" by how great it looks - particularly those that saw it unfinished. We have referred Hask to several friends already.

I have used a lot of builders in the past, but after I worked with Al, he will be the only one I use in the future. Al goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job and his commitment to perfection is unsurpassed. Even after the house was complete, he would continue to make sure we were happy and make any corrections that he deemed necessary. Now, years later after the warranty expired, he has continued to help and act as if the warranty still exists. If I have a problem, I call Al’s team and they respond immediately. It is unheard of that a builder makes house calls and helps with problems a homeowner may have years after the homeowner moves in, but that is exactly what Al from Hask Custom Homes has done. He is the only builder I would use in the future.

As a Realtor, we see all kinds of things in the Atlanta market. We sold a home by Hask Custom Homes a few years back and our buyer is still thrilled. The home inspector said it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected and the builder went out of his way to show us how well work was done even in areas of the attic a buyer wouldn't typically look. ‍Al Kelekci, is a great builder and good guy. We were so impressed with him that we have frequently recommended him as well as bid on other homes he has built. He builds a fabulous product and stands behind the product he builds! When I get to build a home, he is the builder I will use.

We had a wonderful experience working with HASK Custom Homes to renovate our 4,300 square foot home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a powder bath, adding a laundry room, updating a bathroom, and reconfiguring another bathroom to increase its functionality. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Al Kelekci and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and someone was at the house every day. We received weekly status reports and regular budget updates. We also appreciated their recommendations on which architects and vendors to utilize. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Al is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We would not hesitate to work with HASK again.

Hask Custom Homes and Al Kelekci (owner) did an exceptional job in building us a custom home in the Chastain Park/Buckhead area of Atlanta (completed in Jan '14). Al met with us several years prior to commencing our construction, always provided constructive thoughts/ideas and was attentive to budget considerations as though our funds were his own. ‍Al and Hask Construction provided a full service, ranging from support in finding the architect (who worked well both with us as owners and with Hask), meticulously attending to site planning, completing all plans, submitting for all permitting with the City of Atlanta, and completing a full custom construction program on schedule and within agreed budget parameters. Very slight budget variances were attributed to resumption of Atlanta's home building economy and some supply cost escalations, but these were managed professionally and with full transparency. ‍Al's subtrades work well with and for him; they also respect him .. a sign of a real professional. Al's engagement with us as owners always was timely and responsive, always helpful, and always kind. He embodies the belief that '... if the work is worth doing, it is worth doing well'. He has become a friend; his work deserves such friendship, nothing less. ‍Our Hask-built home is the 3rd new home we have built in Georgia. Al is the builder we would recommend or choose were we to build another home, and we would do so with full confidence that the work would be professionally and properly completed. He is entirely trustworthy, and remained actively engaged throughout; likewise, his project manager was actively involved.
